Instructions:

1. Soak skin in warm water for at least five minutes before using your glove to soften & prepare your skin for exfoliation. Complete your normal shower routine beforehand.

2. Wet & wring out your glove, then apply pressure to your skin using back & forth motions (NOT circular) for best results. Never use body washes or products on your glove as this will degrade the integrity of the glove. 

3. Exfoliate desired areas excluding your face.

4. Rinse exfoliated skin cells off your glove and body with warm water.

5. Hang up your glove to dry in a well ventilated area after each use to prevent bacteria growth.

6. Moisturise your skin after exfoliation with a nourishing lotion or oil.

Exfoliation is hard work so be ready to burn some calories, but at least you can skip the gym that day (lol, jokes).
Gloves should be replaced every 12 weeks to ensure a bacteria free exfoliation.

While The Glimmer Glove Sensitive is gentle, it can still be quite effective. When using it on the face, treat your skin with care. Although made of silk, it can exfoliate like sandpaper if overused. Use sparingly, just a few times, to remove any dry patches. It is great to use before applying serums and makeup, as it provides a perfectly smooth canvas.
